Pond turtle in front of my house

So, here's my first in-theme post. This is an European Pond Turtle (Emys orbicularis) I found in the creek in front of my house. It was pretty normal sized and had no damage. And, as always, was a bit bite-y. ;)

And with the turtle I also found a very special Grass snake (Natrix natrix). It was a male Natrix natrix persa, but it's "ears" where reddish-orange instead of the normal yellow ones.

The funny thing is that I found both of those guys when I was actually looking for an adult male Smooth snake that I saw earlier and didn't have the chance to catch it.
